Through coaching, including the Positive Intelligence course, Flo helped Courtney slow down and reflect on her values and emotional responses. The course, though confronting, provided Courtney with the tools to better understand herself and others, leading to a greater awareness of how she could manage difficult situations.
We worked on developing tactics and strategies to handle conflict more effectively, allowing Courtney to engage in challenging conversations with clarity and kindness.

Courtney struggled with managing emotions in the workplace, particularly when confronted with high conflict or intense situations. Her typical responses—either shutting down or saying yes to everything—didn’t align with her values or the best interests of the business.
She initially thought she could overcome these challenges on her own, with time and experience, but realised she needed external support to address these emotional triggers and better understand herself.

Courtney made significant strides in her career by learning how to navigate difficult people and situations in a way that was both direct and compassionate. The coaching and course helped her develop a deeper understanding of her strengths and weaknesses, enabling her to approach challenges with confidence and a positive mindset.
As a result, Courtney has been able to stay in roles she loves, set and achieve goals more efficiently, and maintain happiness in her personal and professional life. She now feels more aligned with her path, free from the constant pressure of negative self-talk.
